What are your fees?
We charge an arrangement fee of £395 which is payable when a full application is made to a lender. This is a Lifetime fee which is payable by new customers when their first application is made. Your adviser will agree your arrangement fee with you before commencing any chargeable work.
Do I need to visit the office for an appointment with a mortgage advisor?
If you can’t make it to the office, we can arrange a phone or video call appointment.
Do I need a deposit before my first appointment?
No, even if you don’t have a deposit saved yet, we can help you plan and set a savings goal.
What documents do I need for my appointment
Typically, we’ll ask for identification, proof of income, and bank statements at your initial meeting. A more detailed list will be provided once you book your appointment.
