How much do you charge?
We charge an arrangement fee of £395 which is payable when a full application is made to a lender. This is a Lifetime fee which is payable by new customers when their first application is made. Your adviser will agree your arrangement fee with you before commencing any chargeable work.
Do I have the come to the office for an appointment?
If you can’t make it to the office for your appointment we can offer telephone or video call appointments.
Do I need to have a deposit before having my first appointment?
No, if you don’t have your deposit ready just yet we can still talk about making a plan moving forward and setting a savings goal for your to get your deposit.
What documents do I need for my appointment?
Typically we would ask a customer to provide us with identification, proof of income and bank statements at their initial meeting. However, a more specific list, based on your individual circumstances, will be provided to you once you have booked your appointment.
Can I get a mortgage if I've got bad credit?
We understand that not everyone is going to have a perfect credit history and we have many lenders that will consider customers who have had issues with their credit in the past.
