Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to come into your office?

Not necessarily. If you can’t make it to our office, our mortgage brokers in Coventry are happy to arrange an appointment over the phone or by video call, whatever works best for you.

What will I need to bring along?

For your first meeting, we’ll usually ask for ID, proof of earnings, and recent bank statements. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a clear checklist in advance so you know exactly what’s required.

How much are your fees?

We charge a one-off £395 Lifetime arrangement fee, which becomes payable once you’re ready to submit a full application to a lender. Your advisor will always confirm this with you before any costs are incurred.

Is a deposit needed before the first meeting?

No deposit is required at the start. If you’re still building up your savings, we can guide you in setting targets and preparing a plan to get mortgage-ready.

What if I’ve had credit problems in the past?

Don’t let that put you off. We work with a broad panel of lenders, many of whom are open to applications from clients with a history of credit challenges.
