How much do you charge?
We charge an arrangement fee of £395 which is payable when a full application is made to a lender. This is a Lifetime fee which is payable by new customers when their first application is made. Your adviser will agree your arrangement fee with you before commencing any chargeable work.
Do I have the come to the office for an appointment?
We are pleased to offer telephone, video and in person appointments depending on your preference and availability.
Do I need to have a deposit before having my first appointment?
Not necessarily, you may wish to come and see one of our Birmingham Mortgage Advice team in order to get an idea of what affordability you have, as well as a savings goal for your deposit.
